Western Anthropology 5th Annual Graduate Student Conference

This conference will provide graduate and undergraduate students the opportunity to reflect critically on the networks of colleagues, collaborators, communities, artifacts, non-humans, and ontologies that we find ourselves as anthropologists so often entangled with. This conference will explore some of these complex relationships, and demonstrate the ways in which the discipline forms connections within field sites, online spaces, and classrooms, between colleagues, collaborators, and the public. We invite abstracts from across the social sciences that will facilitate scholarly discussion and critical thinking around the concept of ‘community’.

Congratulations to the session winners for presenting such fascinating papers!
